Ben & Lisa's Adelaide Winter Wedding

Saturday was a very special & unique day for Ben & Lisa. After putting their wedding on hold 6 years ago to start their absolutely gorgeous little family, they decided to do things a little differently on their special day. Lisa knew what day she was getting married, but had no idea where! Not only that, but the guests were also kept in the dark until the very last minute. Being told the ceremony location only days before, with a secret bus arranged to take them to the surprise reception venue.

So... who arranged the wedding? It was all Ben! He chose the venues, the flowers, the bridesmaids dresses, hired all of the wedding staff and even booked in a massage and manicure for the girls! He did a great job too, incorporating special tributes to the wonderful life he had shared with his lovely bride and family so far. I was absolutely honoured to capture their special day starting with preparation photos in the city, a fun ceremony at the Adelaide Zoo, and then heading in to the city for some twilight/night photography and ending up at the gorgeous building Harry's Bar.
